Place the sweet potatoes on a buttered baking dish and bake @ 400 degrees for approx. 30 minutes, or about 8 minutes in the microwave oven, until  cooked through, testing with a fork. Then slit each one and fill with a little butter, adding a little lo-cal sweetener on top. Place under the broiler to brown lightly before serving.

Boil the asparagus in 2 cups of  purified water, covered for about 10 minutes. Served with a little butter-canola on top.

Veggie Ham Slices:
In a non-stick fry pan, lightly brown the veggie ham slices on both sides in some butter-canola, not more than 8 seconds on each side.
In a small serving dish, to 2 or 3 Tablespoons of the dry mustard powder, add a little purified water, for a tangy,  sauce for the veggie ham.

Dessert:
In a bowl, add the cooked rice and lo-cal sweetener to the yoghourt and blend together.
Slice the strawberries and place on top, sprinkling 1 Tablespoon of lo-cal sweetener over all.
